My usd got converted to php without me doing anything

Hey i just recently checked my activities and my usds suddenly got converted into php without me knowing or remembering doing the process needed to is this some bug or did I do something?

I'm sorry to hear you're running into some currency conversion issues. We aren't tracking any known issues where balances are converting on their own, so I might recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance. i tried and this is what it showed "Since you’ve received this payment, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue." idk what to do now

Sounds as if the person sending you money sent you php instead of the currency you requested?
