How do I add a new card to my business PayPal account...? Because my Visa card I added in my personal account... I removed it already now I'm trying to add to my business account and is still showing my card is linked to another PayPal account...

There is a limit to the number of times a card can be added to a PayPal account. It can only be added three times in total. If it had been added and removed that number of times it would show this error even if it had been removed from the old account. If that is the case you would need to add another card.
