My refund played in different card but in same pay pal account.

Issued refunds to cards take up to 30 days depending on your card issuer. If the card was removed, it will still go back to the original card. Contact your card issuer if necessary.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
