My refund hasn’t posted??

I got 2 partial refunds from the same seller on May 26th and today is the 6th business day and I still don’t have either refund in my bank account? PayPal said 3-5 days, and I’ve gotten refunds before and none have taken more than 4. The automated system and emails all say it was completed and will be put back just like previous ones but nope, nothing and it won’t let me speak to anyone? What can I do, or does this happen sometimes?

Normally its business days not calender days as per link.
