My payments are on hold, inspite of products delivered to customer

Hi,

 

There are various payments received in my accounts from customers are being kept on hold by paypal. I have already provided the shipment tracking information in each transaction and the products are already delivered to customer. Why the payments are still on hold even after the products are delivered to customer?

 

Is there any action needs to be taken from my end? how to contact paypal for this and request them to release the payments to  me.
