Hi so I'm from Kenya and I recently had a friend of mine send me money from the US. I had never previously used PayPal so I'm assuming the money was put on hold because of the amount coming in. My friend sent me the money on the 26th of March and to date, the 10th of April, the money is still on hold. I have tried updating the shipping information and all that and still no luck. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
