My payment is hold. We are not online shop. We want to refund their money

Dear Paypal,

 

my incoming payment is hold. We are company. we do not sell for retail. this payment is from our client to pay delivery charge for sending sample to his company. Due to my samples is liquid, so no delivery courier want to accept it. We plan to refund the money. How long for him to get his refund while the incoming payment is hold ?  awaiting for your reply asap

Welcome to our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear a recent sale isn't going as planned there. I can understand how frustrating those payment holds can be. If you need to issue a refund, the refund will process immediately as long as the funds are available to be pulled from the PayPal balance. If the funds need to be pulled from the bank, then the refund will normally take around 4-5 business days to complete.
