Hello Folks,
I have created a new account on paypal and requested a payment from client. The payment is deducted from client account and is in on hold since a week in my account. Paypal says that it will clear the payment after verification with in 7 days , but still the payment is in hold after 7 days of wait. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Did you send trackable and if not did you mark it as shipped and did the buyer use the confirm receipt of item option if it was on their account?

it is a freelance work and not require any tracking or shipping info. Furthermore upon asking to client it is confirmed that the payment has been deducted from their side.
