My payment has been on hold since the 11th. Because supposedly I am a seller with not enough verifiable sales or have not been for long enough that is simply because I am not a seller and this is a brand new account I opened specifically for my birthday, on the 11th. I have not been able to get an answer or a release of my money and this is ridiculous. I can't change my account type from seller to personal I don't know how that happened in the first place. I cannot close the account because then I will lose my money I cannot get help from the help center because it is constantly redirecting me to unrelated troubleshooting guides.
Me too. first they hold our. money then continue to be kept.. I just transferred my money fm Paypal to my bank account and my amount is disappeared .. till now. the transaction is completed fm 29 March ..I don't receive my money over 20 days
everyday I send email to ask. and CS reply .. wait and wait..
