My question is now that PayPal has decided to hold every sale, not eBay, is with my bank account and debit card linked to PayPal how is holding MY money from sales an excuse for having funds available if there is an dispute? PayPal will take out of my bank account if there's not enough in my account anyway. Btw, I have been selling for years and perfect rating. PayPal tells me there is no way the can look into the system and tell me why my money is being held. Hmmmm? This is bullying if I've ever seen it.
