I have a big problem with paypal.
I started selling with this "beautiful application" through the shoppy site. My products are already received by buyers and my money ON HOLD. They have to confirm the payment ( 2 days or 7 or 138391281293 days ) . They have to confirm the payment but the people no longer reply to my messages (possible refund). Can you explain to me this logic of keeping the money on hold when I sell certain products and do not receive the money from January 29, 2021? I have 20 euro on hold. I send 8 products, they are happy now YEEY, but took advantage because they knew I would receive payment in 2 days and now they can give a refund. do I have to stay after people for 48 hours to tell them to accept the payment? PAYPAL ARE U OK ?
