So I have money in my wallet and for some reason it wont let me send it to other people and spend it. I don't know how to go about this, I have been struggling for hours and I couldn't find a solution. Does anyone know how to fix this?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
