My money is on hold.

Hello guys, Thursday I sold something, and the buyer sent the money after 1 day, so I had the money in my hold balance, and I updated with tracking information, so I got the money in hold, ok there said I receive the money in 1 day when it s fulfilled the package, ok the package was fulfilled and the money is still on hold for two days, I'm a new seller and I read about 21 days, but I updated the tracking information and I need to become in 1 day after is fulfilled, so my money is still on hold, sorry for my bad English, I hope u guys understand everything, I need my money, Christmas cooming The Pack was delivered by DHL, but on my PayPal account is still "shipped" Here proofs: https://postimg.cc/G4F9BdhT (DHL) https://postimg.cc/LnSc9p7b (PP)

You can contact customer service for them to manual confirm delivery and release funds: 

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

 

Or contact via social media:

Or, ask buyer/sender to "Confirm Receipt" to release funds if the option if available to them:

 - Click Activity at the top of the page.

 - Find and click the original payment for the item.

 - Click Confirm Receipt.

 - Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
