PayPal is asking for "Invoices" from the original purchase of items that I have already sold(ebay) and been paid for yet the money is frozen in my account and I cannot collect it due to them wanting this info to verify my identity. The items that I sold were gifts so there are no receipts to provide to them. They can see that I was paid , why do this? Just seems like more hoops to jump through so they can get away with delaying a payment to me. what do you do if you ARE the supplier of the item (you made it, old antiques, etc)?
