My money hasn't been returned???????!!!!????

Hi,

3 weeks ago I inputted my debit card information to get confirmed that it is actually MY card.

And I was charged (1.50 Euros) to check if it has been taken, it has, but I am not receiving my money back for 3 hecking days! 

Return my money you stealers!

It said 5-7 work days, but it's been 3 WEEKS! 

What the actual hell???!!

I'm beyond **bleep**. 

I've been patient and waiting, but I am not receiving my money back, what the hell??!!

So it's been a FULL month and 4 days since the money has been taken, but there is no sign and NO RETURN from the PayPal company, WHY?
It's been 30 days as it stated in the help solution.....

Has PayPal just stolen my money and doesn't plan on returning it?!
What kind of company are you?!
