I paid for shipping and PayPal knows it, I can't provide tracking info as PayPal say I don't need to for when I paid for the shipping it uploaded the info automatically. The buyer has received the item but it's been over a day and my money still isn't with me (PayPal says I'll get my money after a day).
Yes I have, PayPal has identified the tracking ID (it shows it in the detail of the 'holding') which means if I try to use the "Add tracking" button it just tells me that I don't need to because tracking has already been provided.
