My money did not came to my bank that was march 27 and 28 two withdrawals

I did withdraw money in paypal last march 27 and 28 

but i did not receive the money yet it should be in my account last april 5 and 6 

but there is no money came in. is it possible to return back the money to paypal since it was not 

transferred yet.
