I ,i ordered smth from new look,and they declied my order.They wrote me that the money will return to me from paypal,but i did t get it yet,why you didtn sedn my money back?

Hi there a refund could take 3-5 days to arrive in your PayPal account.

It is not PayPal who deals with refunds, in your case it would be New Look. Also am just a volunteer, I don’t actually work for PayPal.
