I am new PayPal user and I sell something on discogs. The PayPal holds my money I get paid until the buyer get the parcel. He got it yesterday and he wrote positive feedback on discogs. The tracking number I had pur on PayPal, shows that the parcel delivered. But my money are still on hold. I tried to communicate with PayPal, but nothing. What can I do?
