hello , I have used my paypal for about 2 weeks, today I purchased an online game, my paypal balance is not enough and paypal aks me if I want to add an credit or debit card . I type my credit card and it added successfully . then I accept the purchase but it said my card is not enough money too, I saw an SMS which sent by my bank said that my money is not too . Next, I added more fund to my card and comeback website for check out , but when the paypal check out window opened , paypal said that my added card cannot use for this purchase, I try to remove that card , and add it again , but I still see that status . I try to add another card, it successfully too, and make it as preferred payment purchase, but still cannot to purchase. Please help me with this situatiom , thank you very much
