My card is being declined

I have a master card and its being declined by paypal for some reason.. Its not out dated and it has enough money in it for the payment im going for.. any idea what is the issue? And why is it being declined and cant be addedto my paypal wallet?

Hello Enjy,
I would say that this sounds like the security system is blocking the ability to add the card. This may be because the card has been used in a high-risk transaction before, or the card company is declining the verification fee(that will automatically be refunded) when you try adding the card. I would therefore recommend you to call PayPal and they may be able to whitelist your card.
