Why is that every time I try to add my bank account it say sorry can not process

Sorry if you're having an issue adding your bank account.
There are several reasons as to why a bank can't be added. It could be that we don't allow the specific bank. It could be that the bank is disabled in our system. It could be that our security system is denying it because you are accessing the account from an unusual location. The best thing to do in this situation would be to reach out to our phone support team for assistance. You can obtain our information by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage.
