My account went negative for Nothing!!

Hi This morning paypal was quite slow and i couldnt accept any payments so u waited and was able to accept a payment then right after that my account went negative and everything i have gotten of hold and into my account was lost and my account went 37$ negative after i have done nothing but accept 50 canadian dollar please help!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

Your account may have gone negative for multiple reasons. For example, if you received payments, it may be that the sender disputed the payment sent. If this is the case, you should be able to see an open case in your Resolution Centre, and you should have also received an email with more information. Otherwise, it may be that one of your payments failed. If this is the case, you should be able to see it in your Account Activity. You would have received an email in this case as well.
