Someone has used my paypal account to book a booking.com holiday. They attempted to spend 421.78 Euros and it failed. They then tried to spend 210.89 EUR and It successfully went through. I have reported suspicious activity to paypal and changed my password. I can not contact an agent. Is there anything else I can do or should I simply wait this out?
