I logged into my PayPal account to send a friend some money to see my account was 21.59 negative and that it was labelled Transfer. I find out that it's from nearly exactly a year ago. I can't wrap my head around what happened. Did the transfer decide to invalidate a year later? If so, why's it negative on my account now?
