My PayPal payment is in on hold

i am new to PayPal i am not selling anything. i use PayPal to receive salaries from work its been 2 days its been on hold what should i do? should i wait 21 days to receive it? but i am getting paid weekly. is everytime i get payment ill wait 21 days to transfer to my balance?
