I had money sent to me on the 15th, and its been on hold ever since. I went and changed the shipping status from being shipped to process so the money could get here sooner. It said itll be able to use within 2 ,then i received a email asking me for me to verify my Id Last week i sent in my Ssn and Photo Id. And now they have been processing for around a week now, that money was sent to me for emergency reasons and i wouldn't have wasted time on a damn paypal and when they wont even give you your money. Can anybody give me tips to get my money or can i get a customer service number WITH A LIVE PERSON!!!!! to call so i can try and just cancel this **bleep** and get my money or what?

Im sorry you were not able to access the money right away. There are several reasons why money will be put on hold, please see below article.

You may want to check with the sender how it was sent, if it is as friends and family or goods and service. For goods and services kindly ask the sender to follow the steps on the link below.
