thats because paypal fricken sucks ... i have over 2,000 dollars available to me to spend but everything i try to order paypal blocks ! .. i cant even transfer my money to a friend who has a paypal account because they block that too ... i will never recommend this bullcrap company to anyone ... i just want my money back and im out of this place .... frustrating to hell .... i hope they fold !
