At first, I have a balance of ₱250. then i linked a visa card with a ₱1,400 of balance which means i have a total of ₱1,650. later on, i bought a steam game worth ₱ 1,600. And after logging in again after a few days, i found out that my remaining balance is ₱0.00! there should have been ₱50.00 left! Why is my remaining balance missing? i looked at my transaction history and there was nothing there!
