Im new to PayPal, i have opened a business bank account and perhaps received a payment from customer.
The payment is on hold and I have no clue why, I mean there is no description at all. IT just says payment on hold.
The payment was credited on 19th of Nov, Please help me understand.
moreover if I want to cancel my account and refund the payment back to my customer, what is the process.
