I cannot add my bank account no matter which paypal account i use, it seems as if the banned it or something. I linked it but didnt confirm it as yet, then i removed it then add it again, then i got the 2 small deposit and entered it to confirm the bank. But it seems as if those deposits was for the first time i linked it because it kept saying incorrect, then i used all my 3 attempts and after that i cant try to add it back. Then a few days later i got 2 more deposits so i realize that was the one i should wait on, but now it wont let me add back that account anymore. Can it be fixed?
