My Bank Account

I keep getting this message when I am trying to change my bank information -  Sorry, you can’t remove this bank account because of a pending transaction. Please try again later. - why is this?

Have you made any purchases recently that were using that bank account as the funding source?  Do you have any subscriptions or billing agreements setup that have triggered payments recently?

 

Did you add the new account before removing the old one, or are you trying to remove the old one before adding the new one?  If that's the case, go ahead and try adding the new one before removing the old and see if that helps.
