My Account Is Limited

My account is limited currently and i dont how to withdraw my money. They sent me an email that says i can transfer my money or withdraw it but i cant, im not able to add any banks or cards so i cant have my money in any way. Im asking for help about this thanks from now on.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

As you haven't said what country you are in then your options are......

 

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
