I earned income from Rover.com and it sat in PayPal. When I tried to update my bank account to have the funds sent to my bank, PayPal would not accept my banking information. I signed back on a couple days later to try again and now I have 0 in my PP account and still cannot get any help. I am filing a complaint at this moment with the Better Business Bureau. I have called and finally was supposed to be transferred to a human and have been disconnected 3 times without getting to speak to anyone. And, if you can't even access their "Resolution" center, how the heck can you resolve anything???? Never again will I use PayPal.
