Hey. I am trying to sell items on ebay and my 0.01 bank confirmation code hasnt arrived. I have tried twice, so i tried to regenerate the code, but it says that an error has occured. Can anyone please help as i am desperate. Paypal also isnt answering my emails.
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
