During the verification attempt I made for my account using a debit card, I received and error message that Paypal's current verification process is not working. So I gave up and removed the card. However, upon checking my balance on my debit card, it was charged twice for PHP100.00. I tried linking my debit card again to see if I could verify my card once more. Now I have three charges of PHP100.00 on my card + 2 PHP53.74 fees. Would these be reimbursed if ever I am successful in verifying my debit card? What if I don't want to proceed with the verification anymore? Would I still get my money back?
