Im trying to withdraw via mpesa but i keep receiving this notice that the transaction could not be processed and that i should contact paypal. Then this message comes up “New PSD2 regulations change the way you login with paypal. If ur mobile number isnt upto date access will be disrupted. Please check ur profile now.” After i update still get the same error.
I am experiencing the same problem also..every time I try to withdraw to mpesa I keep getting the message"oops transaction can not be completed"am really getting sick of this coz I really need the money for urgent matter
