I have received money on Paypal. It shows correctly in the Paypal account.
But this same balance is not reflected in the Paypal Money Mobile service with Mpesa, which I already completed signing in.
BUT,I cannot access my funds.
What is the problem?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
