I have moved to the US, and i cant seem to be able to link my Bank of America details on paypal! Any idea why so?
You'll need to open a US based PayPal account with an different email address, US active mailing/billing address and financial info. Click Sign Up at the homepage and be sure to select United States as the country. You can still use the AU account until you have no balance left and close it.
