Monthly withdrawals from Dollar to Dollar

Hi Im Darien Bili from Albania I just have a Albanian Card that is in $ currency I have the paypal and have received a transaction about 100 $ The question is that i want the 100$ to be transferred to my card in $ but when i do the withdrawal paypal converts it to All my country Albanian currency. Is any option to do on settings for $ to $ Or should i ask the customer service support. Thank you
