Hi! I have tried to upload money on my paypal account through a qiwi atm but I failed. I got a bill that i put 1000 RON (200€) in the atm. There is a code on the bill but I do not know where can i activate it. I hope someone can help me! This happened in Romania if it matters! Ty!
