My paypal account was on -30€.i received some money (41€) and the account is now 00.but paypal withdrew the money from my account too.but the balance is still 0.so those 30€ are nowhere.can anyone help me?

If you received funds to your paypal balance that cleared the negative status at the same time that paypal automatically applied to the bank for your funds to resolve that negative balance the neg balance would be resolved with the received funds and the withdrawal from your bank account would be processing. When the bank payment clears it will act as a credit + and you can withdraw it again if you want to.

You would need to wait until it clears through to your paypal balance first.
