Hello, I made an order on the website of uniqlo on May 12, after which I should receive an email about the order confirmation.But this letter did not arrive .I contacted the consultants of the uniqlo store and they canceled my order .And this operation that was performed is not shown on my account .But when I go through the post it says that the payment is waiting for the summing up of the seller.Will I get my money back ?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
