Hello, I'm new to PayPal and my account type is business account, I bought some goods from someone privately not on eBay and the goods has arrived to me but the payment is still showing on hold in his PayPal account........ please what should I do now?

If its marked as completed in your Paypal account then you have paid. The fact its pending on the SELLERS end is between them and paypal as they are new sellers. You don't need to do anything.
Funds are held for 21 days BUT released more quickly if they provide a tracking number (delivery + 1 day).
