Money withdrawal

Hi. I've been trying to transfer money to my bank account but I can't. It says "We’re sorry, this is more than you can transfer right now. Please enter a lower amount." I tried lower amounts (even €10) and again the same message. It seems there is some limitation that I can't see. So what should I do? Please help!

Did you go past your withdraw limit for the month/year, if any?

I didn't even know there was any limit on money withdrawal at least not such a low one. If I don't find another way, I'll call them.
