I received money from a seller when he decided not to accept my payment. Instead of giving me a refund, he just sent the amount I gave him back to me. Now it is sitting in PayPal saying money is waiting for you. Can you advise me how to get this money in a useable form so I can spend it without any costs to me? Also if I want to use it and then use credit card linked to PayPal, can I make a payment splitting the payments from two different venues? Thank you.
I’ve had previous experiences in the past. From experience I’d suggest if you know the person all you have to do is refund payment back to the sender and have them send it as “Friends and family” rather than “goods and services” considering the urgency
