Money transferred to cancelled card by mistake.

Hi

I made a transfer of my money to my bank account but for some reason, it was transferred to my linked debit card which has been cancelled. So now, the money is nowhere to be seen. What should I do?  Thank you.

I understand your concern regarding withdrawn funds to a canceled card. When a withdrawal shows completed on our system, it means that the money has been successfully sent. In this case, you can reach out to your card issuer to let them know you've received withdrawn funds to that card, and discuss disbursement options with them. If you still do not find the funds, I would recommend you to reach out to our customer support through the contact options available on our website so that our advisors can help you trace the funds.
