Money transferred from Paypal to bank account disappeared?

It says the transfer was completed, but there's no money in my bank account, and now no money in my Paypal, either. I'm not sure what to do, Paypal won't let me report an issue with the transaction.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear of the confusion regarding a transfer from your PayPal account to your bank. Bank transfers have different time frames based on the method selected for the transfer. A transfer would not be instantaneous. Have the funds arrived in your bank at this point?
