I sold and item on Ebay and the money go into my paypal. I want to transfer money to my bank account,but that needs PayPal cash. I’m currently a student and don’t have SSN,can’t register for cash account. When I try to use Xoom to transfer,it’s asking a card number to pay? How can I withdraw the money? Please help!
