Does anyone know if I can transfer money from my linked credit card to my PayPal account or is it debit only?

You don't need funds in your balance as a buyer as paypal will take directly from any linked card.

But if you want to 'add funds' to your balance then you can only do it via a bank account and neither a debit or credit card.
